Cooperative rule-setting within organizations

The interdisciplinary research project “Internet-based cooperative norm-setting” at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf focused on societal and technological aspects of internet-based norm-setting involving participation by various actors. The wider research project considered the antecedents and consequences of successful cooperative norm-setting.

Our part of the research project, “cooperative rule-setting within companies and universities”, focused on rule-setting in the context of organizations. Our project aimed to analyze the implementation, process and consequences of cooperative rule-setting within organizations.Dr. Simon Dischner and Jun.-Prof. Dr. Jost Sieweke worked on the project which was led by Professor Süß.
