Bianca Straßhöfer (born Köllner)

From 2007 until 2010 she studied Business Administration at the University of Düsseldorf. After that she worked as a human resources manager in Germany for one year. From 2011 to 2013 she studied Business Administration at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf on a full-time Masters programme. She has worked as a lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University from May 2013 till December 2016. From March 2016 till Mai 2017 Assistant Director Human Ressources in a swiss textile company. Since July 2017 she works again as a lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University. From April 2018 to January 2019 and from March 2020 to March 2021 Chief Coordinator Manchot Graduate School "Competitivenes of Young Enterprises" (WEJU).  She obtained her PhD in June 2023 with empirical analyses of the antecedent and outcomes of employee voice in professional organizations.
