From 2011 to 2014 undergraduate studies (B. Sc.) in Psychology at Heinrich-Heine-University Duesseldorf. Employements as intern and working student in the area of aptitude diagnostics and HR Transformation at different consulting companies mainly focusing on human resources and organizational structures as well as in the area of leadership development at a telecommunication company. 2015 until 2017 graduate studies (M. Sc.) in Business Psychology at Ruhr-University Bochum. From August 2017 to December 2019 consultant specialized in conception and implementation of aptitude diagnostics methods at a German human resources and management consultancy. Since February 2020 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University Duesseldorf. From July 2020 until October 2021 coordinator in the BMBF funded research project DigiWerk.
