Dr. Elena Gesang

Born in 1991. From 2010 to February 2014 undergraduate studies in business administration at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. Right there from October 2014 to 2017 M. Sc. studies in Business Administration with major subject management and minor subject accounting. During her studies internships in corporate communications, human resources and strategy. Since August 2017 working as researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University.  From August 2017 until July 2022 working as a researcher in the BMBF funded research project SEEGEN. Since October 2022 working in the BMWK funded research project TrAIBeR. She obtained her PhD in February 2023 with empirical analyses on followership.  Publications can be found here.
