From 2007 until 2012 she studied International Business Studies at the University of Paderborn, specializing in human resource management, work and organizational psychology. During that time she undertook internships in Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing and Sales. Furthermore, as a member of a student consultancy she worked on diverse projects in a number of areas. From April 2013 until May 2017 and from September 2017 until September 2019 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University. From October 2017 to January 2019 and from October 2019 to May 2020 temporary worker due to parental leave for Dr. Julia Römhild - Academic Advisor in Arts- and Culturemanagement. From April 2018 to September 2019 project head of the project “Improved Use of Potentials of Student Internships” sponsored by the Stiftung Mercator. Executing body at the HHU is the careers service. From October 2019 to September 2020 lecturer and researcher in the field of Business Administration (BA), Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Economic Sciences. Since October 2019 member of the Senate from the group of academic staff.
