Lecturer and Researcher
From 2011 to 2014 dual-track bachelor’s degree program “Public Sector Business Administration” at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and Management of North Rhine-Westphalia combined with practical training at a municipal government. From 2014 to 2015 employee in various fields of a municipal government. From 2015 to 2018 coordinator of digital transformation projects and responsible for organizational management, occupational health management and an idea management system of a municipal government. In parallel from 2015 to 2017 master’s degree program “Human Resource Management” at Ruhr-Universität Bochum (Faculty of Psychology). Since April 2018 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf. Since September 2018 researcher in the project PragmatiKK.
