Curriculum Vitae
Born in 1998. From 2016 to 2019 undergraduate studies (B. Sc.) in Psychology with specialization in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf. From 2019 to 2021 graduate studies (M. Sc.) in Psychology at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf. Professional experience gained during internships in the field of Human Resource Management at various companies, including a large telecommunications company. During her studies she also worked as a student management consultant on diverse projects in a number of areas. Since February 2022 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf. From February 2022 until January 2024 researcher in the BMUV funded research project RESERVE. Publications can be found here and conference presentations can be found here.
