Max Kellerer

From 2016 to 2019 bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands. From 2019 to 2021 master's degree in "Work, Organization and Health Psychology" and in "Behavior Change". Professional experiences from internships at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Radboud University and at the human resources department of a market-leading German retailer.  Subsequent to studies, working as an Account Manager for an international recruitment agency in Dortmund. Since May 2022 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University.
