From 2012 to 2014 apprenticeship as industrial clerk in a food corporation. At the same time, additional IHK qualification as import and export specialist. 2014 to 2018 undergraduate studies (B.A.) in International Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück, including one semester abroad at the Universidad Major, Santiago de Chile, Chile. Study-related internships in the sales department of a media publishing house as well as an automotive group. Finally, bachelor's thesis in the business development department of an automotive group. From 2018 to 2020 graduate studies (M.Sc.) in Business Administration with a focus on Market-Oriented Management at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Study-related position as working student in the sales management department of an automotive group. Since April 2021 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University Duesseldorf. Since May 2021 coordinator of the Manchot Graduate School "Competitivenes of Young Enterprises (WEJU)”.
