Hellen Gießen

From 2018 to 2021 undergraduate studies (B. Sc.) in Business Administration at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf. From 2021 to 2023 graduate studies (M. Sc.) in Business Administration with Major in Management and Minor in Economics at University of Münster.  During her studies employments as a research assistant at different research institutes and as an intern at a consulting company. Since April 2023 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf. From February 2024 until January 2026 coordinator in the BMFTR funded research project ProHome.
