Our Research

Our research focuses on the management functions work, human resource management and organization studies. It is interdisciplinary and empirical in nature. Our research currently focuses on:

1. Specific aspects of human resource management, such as flexible working time practices, applicant attraction, leadership and voice behavior

2. Employee health and its influence factors such as absenteeism and presenteeism

3. Online-Participation and rules in organizations

4. University management

5. Empirical work, human resource management and organizational research

Our research has been published in (peer-reviewed) international and national journals and edited books. Furthermore, we regularly present our research at national and international conferences. We are also committed to obtaining research grants in order to expand our capacity for innovative research. Additionally, we accomplish a continuous research transfer and on a regular basis create management summaries for scientifically interested practitioners.
