Curriculum Vitae
From 1990-1994 she studied International Management and German at the University of Manchester, from 1994-1995 she took a Masters in European Industrial Relations at the Universities of Warwick and Trier. From 1996-2000 she worked as a lecturer and researcher at the Chair for Work, Personnel and Organisation at the University of Trier. In 2001 she received her PhD from the University of Trier. From 2000-2007 she was a lecturer and researcher at the Chair for Organization Theory and Management at the University of Erfurt and from 2000-2005 a researcher in an international research project on Human Resource Management in US Multinational Companies. Between 2007 and 2009 she took parental leave. She returned to work in 2009 as a lecturer and researcher at the Institute for Applied Work Science at the Ruhr-University of Bochum until March 2010. Between April 2010 and January 2015 she worked as a lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Organization Studies and Resource Management at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf. She was principal investigator in a research project on Multinational Companies, Regional Governance and Human Resource Management. The undefined project was funded by the DFG (German Research Foundation) and commenced from January 2012 till January 2015.
