Luisa Groth

Born in 1997. From 2015 to 2018 undergraduate studies (B. Sc.) in Psychology at Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg. From 2018 to 2021 graduate studies (M. Sc.) in Psychology, specializing in the field of organizational psychology, at University of Wuppertal. During her studies internships in human resource consulting and clinical psychology. From 2021 until 2023 consultant in the field of management diagnostics at a German human resource and management consultancy. Since October 2023 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University Duesseldorf. Since April 2025 coordinator in the “HHU-internen Projekts zur Steigerung der Arbeitgeberattraktivität der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf”. Conference presentations can be found here.
