Dr. Annika Pestotnik

From 2013 to 2016 undergraduate studies (B. Sc.) in Business Administration at University of Düsseldorf, including one semester abroad at University of Salamanca. From 2016 to 2019 graduate studies (M. Sc.) in Business Administration with specialization in Corporate Development at University of Cologne, including one semester abroad at Autonomous University of Madrid. Professional experiences gained in a consulting project and internships in the Inhouse Consulting and the Human Resource Departments of companies operating in different industries. During her studies employment as research assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, Corporate Development and Organization at University of Cologne. Since October 2018 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at University of Düsseldorf. From July 2020 until September 2022 coordinator in the BMBF funded research project DigiWerk. Publications can be found here.
