Robin Stumpf

From 2011 to 2014 undergraduate studies (B. Sc.) in Business Administration at University of Cologne. 2014 until 2016 graduate studies (M. Sc.) in Business Administration with specialization in Organization Studies and Human Resource Management at University of Gießen. During his studies internships at a consultancy, HR consultancy and at an insurance company. From december 2016 till january 2019 employee in the process management department of an insurance company. Since February 2019 lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf. Since February 2023 coordinator in the BMBF research project ProHome. He obtained his PhD in February 2024 with empirical analyses of managers' evaluations of employee voice.
